Unlocking Time is a national project that empowers K-12 school leaders to adopt new time strategies that fuel student-centered learning. The project will provide new insights on how U.S. schools structure their time, produce a rich set of resources to help K-12 school leaders align time and resources with their values, and provision administrators from eligible high-need schools with new master scheduling tools and services to implement new time-based strategies.
The site has several resources for schools and educators looking to maximize time for learning in schools:
- School Time Assessment: Through a private link administered to school staff, the free School Time Assessment helps schools discover how the school calendar, bell schedule, academic programming, and staff time can fuel student-centered learning.
