Our Approach to AI

FullScale’s written products are created by our team. As is true in learning endeavors, we believe human judgment, expertise, and voice are essential to credible thought leadership in education. Like many organizations, we use AI tools to support our work — for example, to analyze and synthesize data, run quality checks, conduct background research, summarize source material, check citations, edit and tighten drafts, pressure-test arguments, identify gaps, offer feedback on structure and clarity, and support accessibility (such as generating alternative text or adapting language for different audiences). We do not use AI tools to generate initial drafts, develop original ideas or arguments, or replace human authorship. Our team reviews and verifies all AI-supported outputs — including data, citations, and factual claims — before publication. We also take care to protect sensitive information: we do not share confidential partner, school, or student data with AI tools, and we use enterprise tools and settings designed to prevent our inputs from being used to train external models. Any AI assistance is in service of work that originates with, and is owned by, our team.
