TLA is looking for its next Chief of Staff

At The Learning Accelerator (TLA), we’re looking for our next terrific Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer. Our small but mighty and mission-driven team envisions a future in which each student receives an effective, equitable, and engaging education – one that is informed by data and supported by technology – enabling them to reach their full and unique potential. Our mission is to connect teachers and leaders with the knowledge, tools, and networks they need to enact personalized and mastery-based practices to transform K-12 education.

TLA is a nationally recognized, innovative, and growing nonprofit organization. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring, high-potential junior leader to play an instrumental role to increase our impact, shadow and work alongside an entrepreneurial social leader, and build a thriving organization.

Our new team member will provide strategic, administrative, and logistical support to TLA’s leader, ensuring she, senior management, and the broader team have the support and processes in place to achieve our mission.

This role will allow you to build your organizational, project management, communications, and analytical skills while being mentored by a CEO. If you are passionate about transforming education, this position also offers unique opportunities to explore the education sector, interact with a variety of organizations and leaders, and contribute to TLA’s programs, strategy, and impact.

Does this sound like you? Do you know someone who would be a great fit? We welcome you to apply online or share this link with anyone you have in mind who may be interested in the role. Have additional questions? Email jobs@learningaccelerator.org.

We look forward to hearing from you!
