This means designing experiences that are relevant, rooted in strong relationships, and that give students voice, choice, and the chance to use what they learn.

Every learner deserves a strong foundation in literacy, math, science, and more—the opportunity to build essential life skills like collaboration and self-advocacy, all while learning in environments that support their well-being and personal growth.
- Systems that support learning anytime, anywhere, and at different paces. Competency-based structures and flexible practices ensure learners progress based on growth, depth of understanding, and real-world application—not seat time, summative test scores, or location.
