The Cedar Rapids Community School District has the second-largest enrollment in the State of Iowa. The District’s AK through grade 12-grade program currently serves 16,294 students in 21 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, and 4 high schools. We also have various alternative schools.

Highline Public Schools serves around 18,000 students grades K-12 in the communities of Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, SeaTac and White Center in Washington State. The Norwood Public Schools is committed to providing each student with a comprehensive and innovative education in an inclusive, safe and supportive environment.

Norwood is a community that is committed to its children and values and respects its educational system. We currently have one early education center, five elementary schools, one middle school, one senior high school, and an administrative office building. Enrollment in our Pre-K to Grade 12 school population is over 3,400.

A seven-member School Committee, which values input and participation from parents and community members, sets policy and oversees the school budget.
