Guide to Implementing the Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grant

This guide draws evidence from research and exemplar cases across the country to demonstrate that technology can enrich and enhance all such uses of the SSAE grant.

This December 2018 guide from ISTE that shows K-12 institutions how they can use the federal funds allocated under ESSA to promote three things: a well-rounded education, safe schools, and the effective use of technology. For each recommendation that ISTE makes, the organization lays out evidence of its effectiveness — case studies and reviews from different institutes and districts that have already implemented the strategies.
