Generative AI can enhance Open Educational Resources (OER) by creating tailored instructional tools and supports. DSST Public Schools used AI-powered chatbots with Illustrative Mathematics to develop teacher engagement strategies and end-of-unit projects. Educators can leverage AI with OER by using vetted AI tools, modifying existing resources, or uploading reference materials to generate customized content.
