The Aurora Institute Symposium 2024, initially planned to take place on November 4-6, 2024, has been rescheduled to take place on November 3-5, 2024. We made this decision due to Election Day 2024.

SAVE THE DATE: The Aurora Institute Symposium 2024 will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on NOVEMBER 3-5, 2024.

As you make your plans to attend the Aurora Institute Symposium 2024, we would like to provide you with resources for Absentee Voting and Early Voting.

ABSENTEE VOTING

Absentee Voting allows you to vote before Election Day by mail or drop box. Visit Can I Vote and choose your state from the dropdown menu. It will take you right to your state’s absentee voting page.

Although every state has absentee voting, deadlines and rules on who can take part vary. Make sure you follow your state’s deadlines for requesting and returning your absentee ballot. See your state’s absentee voting deadlines.

EARLY VOTING

Early voting allows you to vote in person before Election Day. Use this chart to see if your state allows early voting in person. Check with your state or local election office for early voting dates and rules in your area. Depending on your state, you may need to check under “absentee voting” if you do not see information listed for early voting.

Stay tuned for additional updates about the Aurora Institute Symposium 2024 – we plan to open our Request for Presentation Proposals in February 2024, and registration in May 2024.
