Brittany McCollough

Brittany McCullough is the Chief Operating Officer of at FullScale, the national nonprofit formed by the merger of the Aurora Institute and The Learning Accelerator (TLA). She leads the development and implementation of operational strategies, building and managing strategic processes to drive communications and development functions, and overseeing both financial and talent management. With over a decade in education operations, Brittany is committed to her belief in the importance of education and that strong operations is a critical component in transforming the education system.
