Kelly Organ is a Partner on the Evaluation and Measurement team at FullScale, the national nonprofit formed by the merger of the Aurora Institute and The Learning Accelerator (TLA). She originally joined the Aurora Institute in August 2024. Throughout her career, she has worked for a wide variety of experiential education, youth development, service-learning, and civic engagement programs, in roles ranging from educator to curriculum developer to program manager to evaluator.
