Research & Evaluation
FullScale helps education organizations assess impact, measure progress, and share insights through comprehensive, equity-centered evaluation services. We support decision-makers in quickly identifying what works, for whom, under what conditions, and why. Partnering with schools, districts, states, and other education groups, we facilitate collaborative sessions to define project goals, clarify research questions, and build shared understanding. Our team co-designs and conducts mixed-methods studies, rapidly synthesizes research through literature reviews and focus groups, and strengthens partners’ internal learning capacity. We bridge research, practice, and policy by translating findings and connecting insights across programs.
Policy Guidance & Consultancy
The FullScale team partners with federal and state policymakers to enable innovative education systems to prepare all students for a lifetime of success. The team educates federal, congressional, and state leaders on K-12 education programs and issues focused on creating a more future-focused, effective, and equitable K-12 system. The team provides workshops and training sessions, conducts policy scans, and creates tools for policymakers looking to create more innovative K-12 systems.
