Senate HELP Committee Moves Forward on Perkins Reauthorization

The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions voted unanimously on Tuesday to favorably report a bill reauthorizing the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act to the full Senate. 

iNACOL President and CEO Susan Patrick issued a statement commending the bipartisan effort passing the Strengthening Career and Technical Education Act for the 21st Century, which was last authorized by Congress in 2006.
