THRIVE on Five Introductory Video

This video, featuring students, introduces the THRIVE on Five virtual personalized learning days piloted at Liberty Public Schools. This was an initiative developed in partnership with students as a result of the switch to remote learning at the start of the pandemic. On Fridays, students got to pick the activities they completed on a choice board and students were encouraged to share their learnings with peers, family members, and on social media.

Math Pathways

Liberty Public School students in learning cafe classrooms work along pathways based on their mastery level. This artifact includes an example of a pre-assessment students take. Teachers use the data from these pre-assessments to provide students with a pathway that includes activities like creating videos and practicing skills. The artifact includes samples of various pathways students in the same group may be working on based on their needs.
